Due to continued company growth, the MITS Alloy fitment team are looking for a new team member to join the MITS Alloy team fitting our trays and canopies.

We are looking for someone that is keen and eager to learn, who is passionate about the 4WD industry with mechanical experience preferred, but not necessary. You must have basic tools.

With no two days the same you will need to have a keen eye for detail, be able to work within a team environment and also independently, be able to solve any issues and be able to think outside the box.

4 day week available.

Due to continued company growth, MITS Alloy is currently seeking an experienced fabricator to work in our Newcastle facility. The successful applicants would be required to work either day or afternoon shift depending on preference.

This role will see you working in a fast paced, enthusiastic environment, with talented tradesmen. You will be required to work to a high standard, producing a quality finish and maintaining a clean working area. As a member of the MITS Alloy team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Acquire new skills, Assembly, CNC Machining, Press Operation.
  • Become a crucial part of a growing team.
  • Participate in team bonding trips.
  • 4 day week.
  • Day and afternoon shift available.
You will possess a high level of competency in the following areas.
  • MIG and TIG welding experience.
  • Ability to use hand-held air and power tools.
  • Excellent work history and team attitude with good references.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised.
  • An understanding of WHS within the workplace and the associated requirements.

We are looking for the next member of our digital team to produce and edit content for our social media accounts!
You’ll be editing videos, shooting in a variety of conditions, writing creative captions and ensuring cohesive styling and brand image across platforms.
 
Primarily, the role will be centered around video content, both shooting from the hip to create raw content, as well as bringing scripted videos and advertisements to life. You must be comfortable shooting on the fly, have a strong knowledge of camera operation, a sound understanding of post-processing and have editing experience (either professionally, or as an amateur).
