The Jeep Gladiator was introduced into the Australian market in 2020 to both fanfare and skepticism. There is no doubt about the off road pedigree of Jeep, with late model JK wranglers offering a fantastic combination of off road tech and ability in it’s standard format. The utility version of the latest model carries over and builds upon those features and also has a 450mm longer wheelbase, which allows for the fitment of our standard 1765mm tray package.

Selecting the appropriate tray size for your Gladiator

Our 1765mm tray package allows for a generous size rear under tray toolbox and a full size rear under tray drawer. With the majority of the tray weight behind the rear axle, we would always recommend a shorter canopy setup (e.g 1500mm as shown in this gallery) and talking to a suspension specialist to ensure that you upgrade the vehicles GVM to allow you to take advantage of the extra storage space for payload in the canopy. This particular vehicle was sent straight to a local suspension by it’s owner as part of a joint project to ensure the vehicle remains road legal.
